GENERAL SUMMARY:
-Develop and implement company C&B strategies and policies
-Conduct annual C&B survey and regular result analysis
-Prepare annual budget for company labor cost
-Support to roll out the employee performance management and salary review process
-HR related internal and external audit-Personnel file and labor contract management and risk management
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assisting in the development of the HR policy and procedure.
2. Conducting the administration of compensation and benefits in terms of pay policy and system design.
3. Closely work with Finance department to prepare monthly payroll application and salary booking for local and expatriates. Provide timely payroll information and monitor on the process, question and answer, statement and salary slips. Perform annual tax filing for all employees.
4. Maintaining and updating HR System and all employee information.
5. Responsible for a well-kept database of historical information for needs of data processing and analysis. Provide regular reports for management.
6. Maintaining confidentially concerning personnel actions, legal actions, termination and non-renewal documents, and organizational plans. Assist in daily operational matters as per request.
REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
1. Bachelor degree, 4+ years’ work experience and minimum 2 years C&B experience in manufacturing enterprise.
2. Well organized & structured thinking, well at data analysis-Excellent analytical skills and process orientation
3. Ability to work under pressure-High integrity, sense of confidentiality, carefulness;
4. Familiar with MS Office-Fluent in English both oral and written;
5. Self-motivate, high responsible and diligent attitude, strong willingness to learn;
6. Good team-player and inter-personal skills
