General:
Apply the idea of "big data and lean" to industrial customers, and help them
reduce production cost and improve efficiency.
Develop data-driven solutions to reduce energy or manufacturing cost of plants
.
Develop powerful data-driven analytics to help to solve previously unsolvable
(and even unknown) problems that undermine efficiency in complex manufacturing
environments: hidden bottlenecks, operational rigidities, and areas of
excessive variability.
Responsible for analyzing customer's production systems or processes to
identify potential productivity and efficiency improvement solutions.
Works with software development engineers to develop IT based solutions to
help customers save money, energy and improve productivity.


Desired Skills/Experience:
* Experience with data mining, statistics, optimization technologies
* Experience in Lean and six sigma
* Develop information technology based productivity and efficiency improvement
solutions for factories and plants
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Bachelor's or master's degree in industrial engineering, systems engineering
or related area
崗位職責(zé)

1 熟悉工業(yè)工程流程，負(fù)責(zé)項目工程中優(yōu)化方面的技術(shù)支持與審核；
2 擬訂工業(yè)流程優(yōu)化設(shè)計方案，配合完成工廠能效系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化設(shè)計，審核設(shè)備圖紙和流程優(yōu)化方案；
3 組織、協(xié)調(diào)、監(jiān)督項目工程施工各個環(huán)節(jié)中系統(tǒng)概述方面的工作；
4 協(xié)調(diào)溝通各參建單位之間的關(guān)系；
5 組織系統(tǒng)工程的驗收；

任職資格
1 數(shù)學(xué)、統(tǒng)計專業(yè)優(yōu)先，工業(yè)工程、機電工程類相關(guān)本科及以上學(xué)歷；
2 3年以上工礦企業(yè)工作經(jīng)驗；
3 熟悉企業(yè)內(nèi)部流程項目設(shè)計、施工管理的工作流程和規(guī)范，具備扎實的節(jié)能改造專業(yè)知識；
4 具有較強的各階段設(shè)計圖紙的審核能力，較強的分析解決問題的能力，勤奮敬業(yè)、責(zé)任心強，具有團隊合作精神。
5 有工廠節(jié)能工程項目經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先考慮。
